We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter the Terms and Privacy Policy which appear on this site at any time for any reason which change, modification or alteration is effective upon posting on the Site without further notice to you. Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use this web site.

Loan Matching Service

GreatPayDay.co.uk's loan matching service matches consumers with prospective lenders participating in GreatPayDay.co.uk's direct network of payday loan lenders ("participating lenders"). To use the service, you must complete one or more online application forms that request specific information from you, including, but not limited to, your name, address, telephone number, email address, social security number, banking account information, and employment information. GreatPayDay.co.uk's collection and use of this information is subject to this site's Privacy Policy. In order to use this web site or the service, you must agree to the separate terms and conditions set forth in the Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. GreatPayDay.co.uk provides a connection between people seeking short term payday loans and payday advance providers online who provide these short term loans. Short term payday loans are designed to provide short term financing to solve immediate cash flow problems and should not be considered a long term solution.

Once a consumer submits the application form(s) to GreatPayDay.co.uk, GreatPayDay.co.uk shares your information with one or more participating lenders. By submitting the application form(s), you understand and agree that you are submitting an inquiry about a loan product to GreatPayDay.co.uk and each of the participating lenders to whom GreatPayDay.co.uk transmits your loan request. By submitting the application form(s), you are extending an express invitation to GreatPayDay.co.uk and each of the participating lenders with whom your information is shared to contact you by any means (including, without limitation, email, telephone, and direct mail) so that they may assist you with your transaction or provide information to you about additional offers in which you may be interested. If you do not wish to receive email messages you may request to be removed from the mailing list by using the opt-out mechanism listed in the email message you received. Participating lenders who receive your application information from GreatPayDay.co.uk review your information in real-time to determine whether your information meets the lender's loan qualification criteria. Participating lenders may, among other things, verify your social security number, perform a credit check, and review your information against national databases (such as Teletrack, DP Bureau or DataX) that tracks consumer transactions with lending institutions. By submitting the application form(s), you agree to allow participating lenders to review, verify, and research your information in such manner.

If a participating lender determines that your application meets its loan qualification criteria, the GreatPayDay.co.uk web site will open a new web page identifying the name(s) and contact information of the lender(s), or redirect your browser to the lender's web site. You understand and agree that, once you have been redirected to the lender's web site, GreatPayDay.co.uk has no further involvement in the loan application or approval process. Your subsequent interactions with the lender are subject to privacy policy, terms of use, and other policies and/or terms enforced by that lender.

GreatPayDay.co.uk is not a lender and does not make loans or credit decisions in connection with its loan matching service. GreatPayDay.co.uk does not guarantee acceptance into any particular loan program or specific loan terms of conditions with any participating lender. GreatPayDay.co.uk does not guarantee that the price, product, availability, rates, fees, or any other loan terms offered and made available by participating lenders through the loan matching service are the best terms available in the market.

GreatPayDay.co.uk does not endorse or recommend the products of any particular lender. GreatPayDay.co.uk is not an agent of you or any participating lender. GreatPayDay.co.uk is not involved with the lender's use and/or review of your application information or in making a determination about whether you meet a particular lender's loan qualification criteria. The lender is solely responsible for its services to you, and you agree that GreatPayDay.co.uk shall not be liable for any damages or costs of any type arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the loan matching service. You understand that participating lenders may keep your application information, whether or not you are qualified for a loan with them.

Copyright

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site, except as allowed under "Limited Right to Use" below, is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Site. The posting by GreatPayDay.co.uk of information or materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials.

Nontransferable:

Your right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents from the Site is not transferable.

This Agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Burlington, North Carolina, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and of the State of North Carolina (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any cause of action by you with respect to the Site (and/or information, documents and other materials contained therein) must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. All actions shall be subject to the limitations set forth under "Disclaimer" above. The language in this Agreement shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against you or us. You expressly submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the Superior Court of Alamance County and the United States District Court of North Carolina with respect to all matters relating to this Agreement or your use of the Site, and consent to extra-territorial service of process in connection therewith. Should any part of this Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
